Morgan creates short-form fitness content tailored to women returning to training after pregnancy. Her content lives at the intersection of strength training, time-constrained workouts, and honest mom-life storytelling.
The story
Morgan started posting kettlebell videos from her garage in 2019, six weeks after her second kid. By 2021 her form-check Reels had built a tight community of postpartum lifters who actually trained the workouts. She turned down her first six sponsorship offers because the products did not pass her 30-day usage rule. That rule is why brands now sit on a waitlist and why her sponsored content converts above category benchmarks.
