The three plans look like a tiered upsell because, structurally, they are. But the upsell is real - each tier unlocks features and capacity that a specific stage of business actually uses. Picking the wrong plan is usually the same as picking too little, because the under-spec'd plan limits the workflow and the customer ends up upgrading after a month of friction. Here is the honest read on which plan fits which stage.

Business ($149/month). Right for solo operators and very small businesses with one Instagram account and under 500 DMs per week. Includes core CRM, AI agent on Instagram DMs, basic workflows, scheduling, and analytics. The plan most customers start on during their trial. The plan most outgrow within 3-6 months as they add channels or scale volume.

Agency Pro ($297/month). The most popular plan and the one we recommend for most established businesses. Adds multi-channel support (WhatsApp, SMS, email), additional Instagram accounts, advanced workflows, and the marketplace integration. Fits coaches, e-commerce businesses doing $20K+ monthly, and growing agencies up to 5-7 client accounts. The plan that strikes the best capability-per-dollar ratio.

Agency Max ($497/month). Built for agencies and high-volume businesses. Includes white-label client dashboards, unlimited accounts, team seats, priority support, custom workflow templates, and the strategy library. Fits agencies managing 8+ client accounts, info-product businesses doing $50K+ monthly, and any business where multiple team members need different levels of access. Most Agency Max customers had previously been on Agency Pro and upgraded once they were managing real volume.

Pricing Questions We Get Asked Most Often

Is the 7-day trial actually free?

Yes. The 7-day free trial is available on the Business plan (Agency Pro and Agency Max are billed monthly with no trial). You enter a payment method to start the Business trial so the billing transition is seamless if you decide to keep the subscription, but you can cancel any time during the 7 days with no charge. We do not auto-charge customers who have not used the product during the trial period - if our system sees no meaningful activity by day 5, we pause the trial extension rather than billing for an unused product.

Are there any hidden fees beyond the monthly subscription?

No add-ons, no per-message charges, no per-contact fees, no overages on standard usage. The price you see is the price you pay. The only exceptions are external usage costs that get passed through at cost (for example, SMS messages on certain plans go through Twilio at Twilio's listed rates), but these are always clearly disclosed in advance and you opt in explicitly.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle to avoid interrupting service. You can switch plans an unlimited number of times - we do not penalize movement between tiers.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes. Annual plans receive roughly two months free (20% effective discount on the monthly rate). Most customers start monthly and switch to annual after the first 60 days once they are confident the platform fits their workflow. Annual customers also get priority access to new features during beta periods.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. We refund the most recent payment if you cancel within 14 days of the charge and you have not used the platform meaningfully (defined as more than 100 outbound messages or 5 active workflows during the period). The refund policy is designed to protect customers who genuinely tried the platform and found it did not fit, not to enable serial trial abuse.

Do you offer custom pricing for very large customers?

Yes. Enterprise and agency customers above $5,000/month in software spend can negotiate custom packaging - bundled accounts, custom integrations, dedicated support contacts, SLAs, and data-processing agreements. Most enterprise deals also include a 60-day onboarding partnership where our team helps with implementation and team training.
